I’m Jocelyn Flores, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Connecticut and a mother of two amazing kiddos. I love helping moms let go of mom guilt and navigate the beautiful yet challenging journey of motherhood. Through my virtual practice, I offer therapy to women across Connecticut, making it easier to get the support you need without ever leaving your home. If you're looking to get out of the house, I also offer walk-and-talk therapy sessions.


Let Go of the Guilt. Reclaim Your Confidence. As a mom, you carry a lot, mentally, emotionally, and physically. Even with support around you, the weight of the invisible load can feel like too much. The to-do lists, the emotional labor, the pressure to be everything to everyone, it adds up.

You may wonder why you feel overwhelmed, anxious, or like you’ve lost a piece of yourself. You might feel guilty for wanting rest, for needing help, or for simply not enjoying every moment.

You’re not alone in this. These feelings are valid, and you don’t have to carry them by yourself. My mission is to help moms like you let go of guilt, reconnect with your confidence, and feel more supported and in control.

I’m a self-pay provider, which means we can work together without the limitations of insurance. You receive focused, personalized care on your terms. I also offer superbills for those with out-of-network benefits.
